Duties:
This person will perform typical duties of a Customer Service Representative by assisting customers with sales/product inquiries, handling incoming customer orders, and responding to customer inquiries or complaints regarding company’s products and services. This person needs to be able to determine the best method to resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies.
Requirements:
• At least 3 years clerical/customer service experience preferred
• A history of excellent customer service with internal and external customers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Proficiency with time management
• Excellent telephone manners and business writing skills
• Ability to multi-task successfully
• Ability to deal with customers professionally
• Quick learner
• Good attendance
• Great attitude
• Team player but able to work independently
• Willingness to learn and perform additional duties
• Flexibility to work some holidays, and potentially stay late to assist west coast branches.
Experience:
Previous call center customer service experience highly preferred
Education:
Associates degree, (Business preferred)
