Mission:
This person will be responsible for maintenance to the building. They will be responsible for a team of employee's dedicated to projects to keep the building efficient.
Outcomes:- Develop structure and personnel of Maintenance Department (developing job descriptions and evaluating team to determine competency, knowledge and contribution).
- Assist with hiring of maintenance personnel
- Initiate, implement and manage the plant maintenance program based on best practices with an emphasis on planning/scheduling and preventive / predictive maintenance (TPM).
- Establish and maintain a computerized maintenance management system for tracking work orders and maintenance history of plant equipment.
- Prepare reports, analyze data, and make recommendations for improving plant operations and solving maintenance-related problems.
- Work with Integrated Supplier to monitor use and inve ntories of spare parts, maintenance supplies and equipment.
- Assists with Safety program.
- Implement programs and procedures required to ensure company compliance with environmental agencies, OSHA, City, County, Stateand Federal regulations.
- Guide and advise regarding planning and implementing plant improvements and expansions.
- Participate in objective setting, plan development, and performance review of plant performance.
- Participate in and/or lead other initiatives that contribute to improved efficiency and/or reduced operating costs.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree
- Five years of supervisory experience.
- Five years of maintenance management experience (preferred).
- Strong preventative maintenance experience in an industrial environment.
