Duties:
· Performs setups and operations of CNC lathes.
· Primary responsibility is to set up for production, product quality, and accuracy.
Requirements:
· Able to read blueprints and drawings.
· Able to read measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
· Able to start off running CNC equipment, to change inserts and to offset machines.
· Able to work in a fast paced operation.
· Must be well organized and accountable for own work.
· Great attitude and attendance.
Preferred:
· Experience with G-code program, including minor editing.
· Should be familiar with Nakamora Tome twin spindle machines and/or Miyano Auto loader lathes.
Experience:
· 5+ years
Education:
· High School or equivalent.
