On-Snow Children's Program Supervisor

Job Description:
Supervise daily lesson organization and lunch. Assist children's Ski Instructors on snow as needed. Coach and mentor children's Ski Instructors.
Full-time, Salary:
40-45 hours per week.
PSIA Level I current certification (or international equivalent). Experience supervising children's ski programs preferred. Strong communication skills essential. Experience supervising employees, coaching performances, solving problems and handling guest relations.
Must be a team-oriented player and able to work under the pressure of a high-volume environment. Must be able to work weekends. Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds. Please have resume and credentials available for interview consideration.
