Description:
This is a winter season position--December through April. Deer Valley Baker I must have at least three months of baking experience or culinary schooling. This employee assists in the production, presentation and display of baked goods and pastries, with an emphasis on quality, appearance and service to our guests. Employee must be able to follow established recipes and procedures and approach job in an organized, professional manner.
Baker I shifts may vary, from early morning to late evenings.
Deer Valley provides chef pants, chef coat, scarf, apron, hat and nametag and Baker I provides work shoes, French knife, paring knife, serrated knife, off-set spatula and other pastry tools as needed
