Culinary Arts Externship 2008-2009

Job Location: Park City, UT

Department: Culinary & Baking Externships

Description:
Externs are responsible for, but not limited to, prompt and accurate completion of assigned prep work, timely set-up of guest service lines and fast, friendly service to our guests, break down and clean-up of kitchen.
Externs must have current Utah State Food Handler's Permit. Your supervisor can assist you with times and dates Summit county has classes. By obtaining this certificate, you agree to follow the correct food handling policies set forth by your Chef and State/Federal health codes.

Deer Valley will provide a full chefs uniform and nametag. All externs should provide safe non-slip kitchen shoes, French knife, paring knife, vegetable peeler, boning knife, fillet knife, bread knife, steel and any other tools that are useful in a kitchen.
