Summary:
This position is for Winter Season 2009-2010. The job dates are December 1, 2009 through April 10, 2010. This position is responsible for 6 to 10 varieties of yeast breads each day. This position will also prepare breakfast pastries such as muffins, scones, danish, nut breads etc. This candidate must be an experienced baker for the application to be considered.
Bread baker candidate must be a reliable and extremely well-organized self-motivated team player with one-year bread baking experience. Must be able to work without direct supervision. This is a graveyard shift--40 hours per week. Wage commensurate with experience. Great shift for someone interested in using their ski benefits to the fullest.
