Primary Responsibilities:
This position involves assisting the building maintenance with projects spa maintenance, snow removal and other duties as assigned.
1. Assist with repairs and upkeep of spas and necessary equipment.
2. Perform preventative maintenance procedures.
3. Be willing to perform other duties as assigned in a safe and timely manner.
Qualifications:
Must have at least basic level maintenance skills and tool knowledge and good mechanical aptitude.
Must work well with others and function as a team member.
Willing to learn new skills and perform tasks in a timely and safe manner.
Must be service oriented and self motivated.
Computer skills helpful.
Must have valid drivers license.
Work schedules may include night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Must be physically able to perform maintenance duties and tasks, work on ladders and scaffolding safely and able to lift 50+ lbs.
