Description:
Looking for an individual with strong organizational and communication skills, to work with new and existing owners in establishing relationships both from a rental management and HOA perspective. Help to develop a new property and assist with the marketing and sales. In addition this person will assist the day to day operations as needed.
Duties:
Develop contact and communications with new and existing owners, both in the rental management and HOA. Assist new owners in the rental program from contract to getting their condo ready for rental. Help develop new marketing strategies for a new property. Assist all operations at the property as needed. Strong organizational skills, good communication and detail oriented.
Qualifications:
All pre-employment requirements must be met including background and motor vehicle report checks.
Valid driver's license required and you must meet and maintain the company's driver qualifications and standards.
