Duties:
Responsible for checking guests in and out of the hotel. Clear and concise speaking voice and manner critical to answer calls at the front desk and act as dispatch for the Transportation department. Excellent communication skills are required as a tremendous amount of one-on-one contact with the guests will occur. Contact guests prior to arrival to ensure guest itinerary is complete. Ensure guest experience is exceptional.
Qualifications:
Attention to detail required. Basic math and accounting skills, excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills required. Computer literate and previous experience with property management system preferred. Some customer service and/or hotel experience preferred.
1-2 years experience preferred, especially in a hotel or resort.
All pre-employment requirements must be met including background and motor vehicle report checks.
Valid driver's license required and you must meet and maintain the company's driver qualifications and standards.
