Job Skills/Requirements
Pool position (work as needed) responsible for the overall implementation of policies and procedures while providing quality, effective, and efficient therapeutic interventions to adolescent clients; also responsible for the direct sight and sound supervision of the clients while in treatment at the Northcutt residential facility.
This position requires candidates to pass Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) training, which requires inidividuals to be physically capable of sustained, intense exertion. May not have a physical disability or condition that would prevent one from participating in the physical restraint techniques and exercises (such as dropping repeatedly to knees, supporting another adult's weight, twisting and turning maneuvers, intense physical exertion etc).

HS diploma - $9.25
Associate's Degree - $9.50
Bachelor's Degree - $9.75
Master's Degree - $10.00
