ECPI College of Technology is a leading private college offering degree, diploma, and certification programs in Technology, Business, and Health Sciences. For over 40 years, we have been meeting the needs of both students and employers with our innovative, hands-on programs taught by faculty with the appropriate academic background in addition to “real world” experience. Growth at our campus creates the need for dynamic, caring sales professionals who are interested in making a difference in people's lives.
Admissions Representatives should be goal oriented sales professionals and are responsible for:
•Responding to inquiries from prospective students
•Setting appointments over the telephone
•Interviewing and enrolling students after determining that there is a match
•Demonstrating a high level of customer service to prospective and existing students
•Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Skills & Abilities
•Ability to create and maintain relationships and trust
•Motivated, self-starter
•Excellent oral and written communication skills
•Ability to meet & exceed goals
•Ability to work effectively as part of a team
•Ability to work some evenings and alternate Saturdays as part of a regular schedule
Experience
•2-3 years of successful sales experience to include telephone appointment setting, interviewing, closing and follow-up skills
•2-3 years of customer service experience
•Proprietary school admissions experience a plus!
Education
•Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
