Job Description:
Will manage all Human Resources functions for 2 manufacturing facilities. Develop and coordinate training and development programs to meet the needs of individuals, as well as the plant division and corporate objectives. Drive continuous improvement in HR using EPWP and lean tools and support business strategies to build organizational excellence. The position manages a HR group of 4 professionals to ensure compliance with all HR, EHS and Payroll related actions. Must have recent experience in a manufacturing environment. MBA is preferred.
