Required: Masters Degree and status as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
Preferred: Candidate with a minimum of 5 years experience as a BCBA. Consideration will be given to candidates with successful ABA experience working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder; ability to work skillfully with children, teachers, administrators, parents, and community agency employees; knowledge and expertise in the area of Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Provide consultation and support to teachers and staff implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Services for students with disabilities; specifically students with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Provide coaching, support, and professional development to school personnel. Offer parent/guardian consultation and serve as case conference committee member (as needed) to provide support to teachers, staff, and parents to offer clear understanding of the ABA process.
