Summary:
This job reports to the Customer Service Manager
Relocation is not provided and travel is not required.
Overview
This position is a Bench or Float Teller position. That means you would need to be available to work at any of the 3 Hays Branches and would go to the one that has the most need on a given day. This position needs someone who can be flexible.
In this position you would be scheduled for approximately 20-25 hours per week. Some benefits are included (see below).
Hours you need to be available:
11:00am - 6:315pm Every day Monday - Friday and 7:45am - 12:15pm Most Saturdays.
Job Skills/Requirements
Our Tellers are the face of Emprise Bank. This position is responsible for providing a superior customer experience every time a customer walks through the door.
General teller duties include, but are not limited to:
Tellers work directly with customers to process their everyday transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, and more. Our tellers provide quality customer service, each and every time a customer walks through the door.
Emprise Tellers are enthusiastic about providing efficient and accurate service for our customers.
They are eager to learn about a wide range of products, and comfortable making product recommendations to our customers.
Additional Information/Benefits
The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent with 6 months of cashier or banking experience.
The candidate will also be required to occasionally lift and/or move up to 55 pounds.
