Position Description:
Energy Systems Group, LLC (ESG), is seeking an experienced, highly talented Account Executive that would report to that areas Regional Director and pursue energy performance opportunities in the states designated. ESG's core business of energy performance contracting is a dynamic high-growth business which requires technical professionals that are highly skilled in complex sales, goal oriented, self-sufficient and able to develop strong relationships at high levels of customer organizations. Account Executives will focus on a particular market segment such as K-12 Schools, Higher Education, Hospitals, Industrials or Government.
The following experiences are desired:
* Two year college degree.
* Knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, and controls.
* Five years of executive level sales experience.
* Financing and/or leasing knowledge would be a plus.
Compensation:
ESG provides an excellent compensation package for this position including: base salary, sales incentives, profit sharing, 401(k), medical/dental insurance coverage and a company car plan.
