Maintenance Tech Local apartment complex seeking Maintenance Technician with minimum 1-2 years previous experience or related field to perform apartment, grounds and facility maintenance. Will be working alongside other property associates and reporting directly to the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager. Requirements: Ability to perform a variety of repairs including, but not limited to, those in the areas of carpentry, plumbing, drywall and pressure cleaning HVAC certification is mandatory Good mechanical ability and sense of pride in their work Must be able to communicate to residents, both verbally and in writing, and receive residents` concerns in a calm and open manner Must have dependable transportation capable of carrying tools and necessary equipment to provide proper building maintenance Comfortable handling chemicals and general cleaning supplies Pay is $13-$15/hr, DOE To apply, please call 352-867-8055 & send resumes to: THIS EMAIL
