FLOOR SALES - FURNITURE Job Description We are looking for customer service driven sales candidates who enjoy working in a low pressure sales environment. This position will be assisting customers with questions on products and helping with theme and design. Job Requirements Able to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift Available to work a rotating schedule within the store hours (see below) Prior experience in a customer service role preferred Schedule The store is open 7 days a week 10:00am-9:00pm Mon-Sat and from 12:00pm-6:00pm on Sundays. Pay is a base rate the first 3 weeks. Thereafter, it is base plus commission for 90 days and then will transition into a commission pay plan with a weekly draw. Benefits: Health insurance company pays half, 4 Holidays off, Simple IRA, merchandise discount and up to two weeks off after 1 year.
