Clinical Pharmacist

Description:

Our client is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist.
Duties:
- Provide clinical program support to include client Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committee.
- Maintenance of client formulary.
- Perform drug therapy and utilization review.
- Recommend and implement clinical programs that result in pharmacy benefit savings and/or improved patient quality of care and conduct physician profiling visits.
Requirements:
- Limited travel may be required.
- Current Iowa pharmacy licensure and 2+ years PBM or pharmacy practice experience in managed care are preferred, as are outstanding communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
