Bilingual Pharmacy Technician

Our client is looking for a Bilingual Pharmacy Technician.
Duties:
Serves as the point of contact for clients, members, and pharmacies providing help desk services such as prior authorization assistance and communication of benefit guidelines and protocols.
Requirements:
- Requires current licensure, 2+ years related experience, knowledge of retail pharmacy operations and drug therapy, and computer knowledge.
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Must have outstanding customer service, communication, and data entry skills. Must enjoy working in a high-volume customer service/call center environment
