Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Qualifications:
ME, MBA, demonstrated sales success, some marketing exposure. This will be 75% sales and 25% marketing. The marketing piece will primarily build upon what has been done in the past and possibly some tweaking and improvement. The focus will be to drive sales to commercial and government sales across the globe.
Duties/Responsibilities:
You will primarily work with the local sales and engineering group here in Des Moines Iowa to build sales across the world. This will be done with local sales people and some distribution help. A business plan, budget, and motivation and direction will be keys to grow this business. The company has been in existence for many years, and they are now part of a multi plant company. Engineering has been improved and now it is time for sales to catch up to Engineering and Manufacturing Capacity.
Advancement/Educational Opportunities:
President and possibly even ownership.
Compensation/Benefits:
$100-140k plus bonus, full company benfefits.
