VP of Sales
Job Location: Des Moines, IA
Product/Services:
Large Capital Equipment, Engineered products, Custom Made Technical Solutions.
Qualifications:
ME, MBA, demonstrated sales success, some marketing exposure. This will be 75% sales and 25% marketing. The marketing piece will primarily build upon what has been done in the past and possibly some tweaking and improvement. The focus will be to drive international sales to commercial and government customers.
Experience with government, large industrial, and distributors is extremely important.
Duties/Responsibilities:
You will primarily work with the local sales and engineering group here in central Iowa to build sales across the world. This will be done with local sales people and some distribution help. A business plan, budget, and motivation and direction will be keys to grow this business.
The company has been in existence for many years, and they are now part of a multi plant company.
Advancement/Educational Opportunities:
President and possibly even ownership.
Compensation/Benefits:
$100-140k plus bonus, full company benefits.
