Commercial Plumbing Estimator/Manager
Job Location: Des Moines, IA

Commercial Plumbing
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years experience in commercial plumbing estimating
- Must be well-organized and professional
- Good communication and time management skills
- Experience in commercial bidding with AIA Billing and Quickpin
- Management/supervisory experience
- Able to read blue prints and do take-offs
- Must be able to job cost
Duties/Responsibilities:
- 90% of the job will be spent in the office doing bidding via fax/email; 10% will be picking up prints, taking bids to people, meeting with potential clients
- Occasionally checking on jobs; bringing in work, bid work, getting estimates out in a timely manner
- Job costing
- Will supervise seven laborers
- Very limited travel within Des Moines area
Compensation/Benefits:
- Small company atmosphere with flexible schedules

- Report directly to the company owner

- 401 K with a company match of up to 3% of the ANNUAL SALARY, not the individual contribution, but the ANNUAL SALARY
- Vacation and holiday pay after 90 days .
