Branch Manager

Qualifications:
College degree would set you apart, but solid and recognizable performance and experience is key to success. Building materials, construction services, elevator, or architectural sales and operations experience is key. Selling new equipment and having the ability to build long term partnerships is huge.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Run the local branch which includes sales and service. Grow the sales to and above plan. Supervise multiple departments and give direction and encouragement. Develop relationships in the community at multiple points in the channel. Work with area vendors to improve relationships and effective long term cost structures. Ensure that the daily operation runs smoothly, safely, and cost effectively. Monitor the plan, morale, and relationships and produce the annual budget so that the branch continues to be effective and profitable.
Advancement/Educational Opportunities:
This is a smaller branch and can be a great stepping stone into larger branches or other areas of this National leader within the industry.
Compensation/Benefits:
$70-80k plus bonus.
