Description:
Medium sized, professional company in the Des Moines area seeks experienced Inside Sales professional to join their team. Candidate must have prior phone sales experience. Individuals with insurance or financial services experience encouraged to apply.
Duties/Responsibilities:
100% outbound, business to business, phone sales. Prospect for new accounts, qualify, sell, and close. Must be able to get through the gatekeeper, be organized, and have excellent follow through.
Requirements:
High school degree or equivalent
Minimum two years of phone sales experience
Ability to qualify, sell and consult with clients and prospects
Excellent communication skills
Compensation:
Base salary $35,000 + Commissions and incentives
