Product/Services:
Data – network security and data loss prevention.
Qualifications:
5 plus years of sales experience in this field. Strong history of quota achievement and territory performance. Desire for large earnings and the pedigree to deserve that. Pay plan experience with the variable piece driving one’s earnings. Relationships, channel strength, possible ties with cutting edge channel partners. College degree is important, but sales expertise and relationships are the stronger factor.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Drive a multi million dollar quota through direct and indirect channels. Focus on 5 key channels to include education, government, financial, healthcare, and commercial. Develop a geographically protected territory before the competition does. Strong expertise dealing with high level decision makers to include the C-suite. Ability to communicate, develop a pipeline, and work remotely are keys to being successfully on boarded.
Compensation/Benefits:
OTE of $200k with an uncapped plan, plus potential for shares of ownership.
