Salary:
Compensation/Benefits: Base of $70k, Total Compensation $170k at plan. The minimum expectation is plan. Note the top rep in the region made $250k last year. Relocation candidates can apply although the move would be self funded.

Qualifications:
Demonstrated sales success from the junior to senior level. A 4 year degree is helpful but not required. Sales accomplishments like President’s club or Chairman’s club status would help to separate you from the pack. Networking, Hardware, Senior Copier and Printing experience and other high end solution sales calling on C-Level decision makers and medium to large accounts with a demonstrated track record of growth and accomplishment.
Duties/Responsibilities:
This is 100% a hunting role. You will be expected to be a self starter and goal oriented as you are running a remote territory. Activity, pipeline, and closing will be expected. You will call on Presidents, CIO’s, VP’s, and Purchasing people to help them see these products and solutions are a must investment not a cost. Note this is the best training manager in the company so you will be poised to be successful.
Advancement/Educational Opportunities:
Yes, the last manager only took 2.5 years to make manager and the company is growing. There are only two large players in this market and my client is 3 times their market share. This market leader has identified KC as one of there highest priorities with the largest potential for growth.
