$200k IT Solution Sales
Qualifications:
Demonstrated sales success from the junior to senior level. A 4 year degree is helpful but not required. Sales accomplishments like President’s club or Chairman’s club status would help to separate you from the pack. Networking, Hardware, Senior Copier and Printing experience and other high end solution sales calling on C-Level decision makers and medium to large accounts with a demonstrated track record of growth and accomplishment.
Industries that prove to be successful:
Senior or Major Account reps in the Copier Industry. Consultative Reps in the IT, Telecom, or Software industries, Data Storage and Disaster Recovery Solutions Sales Representatives, Recruiting and Staff Augmentation sales people.
Duties/Responsibilities:
This is 100% a hunting role. You will be expected to be a self starter and goal oriented as you are running a remote territory. Activity, pipeline, and closing will be expected. You will call on Presidents, CIO’s, VP’s, and Purchasing people to help them see these products and solutions are a must investment not a cost. Note training is some of the best in the industry, thus you will be poised to be successful.
Advancement/Educational Opportunities:
Yes, one of my manager contacts only took 2.5 years to make manager and the company is growing. There are only two large players in this market and my client has 3 times their market share. This market leader has identified this market as one of there highest priorities with the large potential for growth.
Compensation/Benefits:
Base of $70k, Total Compensation $170k at plan. The expectation is to be at plan by year two and is very doable. Note that top reps in the region made $300k last year. Relocation candidates can apply although the move would be self funded.
