Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business is strongly preferred
- Technology sales success calling on C-VP level decision makers
- Successful track record of selling small and large size accounts
- Strong sales presentation and persuasion skills
- Demonstrated organizational and planning skills
- Ability to effectively work autonomously with minimal management direction
- Effective rapport-building and relationship management skills
- Ability to take initiative and manage time effectively
- Demonstrated ability to sell solutions
- The ability to perform in a high results culture with minimal supervision
Duties/Responsibilities:
You will hunt for new business and farm some existing accounts. You will be expected to generate activity by cold calling, prospecting, telemarketing, planning, and relationship building. The ability to sales plan and develop a business plan for a territory will be huge.
Advancement/Educational Opportunities:
Yes the company loves to promote from within often times within 15 months.
Compensation/Benefits:
Base + Lucrative commission structure. Top reps make $200k plus.
