Compensation/Benefits: Our client offers a salary ranging from $85K - $95K with a potential bonus of over 20%. Compensation is determined based on experience.

Description:
If you have a Management background in the manufacturing/distribution industry my client may be a great fit for you. My client is seeking a self-motivated & ambitious individual capable of managing a staff of over 10 individuals to achieve success in a challenging & changing business environment.
Requirements:
- Financial Experience (Budgeting, Forecasting, Pricing).
- Accounting Experience (Month-end & SOX)
- Management & Performance Evaluation Experience for over 10 staff.
- Manufacturing or CPG background.
- Self Driven & Motivated.
Desired candidate should have:
- Minimum 8 years financial & accounting experience
- B.A. in Accounting or Finance - Graduate Degree preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Management Skills
