Description:
The Frederick County School System (K-12 enrollment 12,900 students; 24 sites) is seeking applications for middle & high school math teachers. This award winning, highly successful school division cares deeply for its students and staff, maintains modern facilities, has a comprehensive curriculum, and offers a wide range of programs including regional special-education and vocational-education offerings.
Qualifications:
Eligible for, or hold, teacher licensure by the Virginia Department of Education with an endorsement in appropriate area.
Length of Contract:
10-month positions
Salary:
$36,500-$63,620 (2007-08 salary scale. The 2008-09 salary scale has not been determined.)
