Summary:
The Frederick County School System (K-12 enrollment 12,900 student; 24 sites) is seeking applications for a Technology Resource Teacher at Millbrook High School. This award winning, highly successful school division cares deeply for its students and staff, maintains modern facilities, has a comprehensive curriculum, and offers a wide range of programs including regional special-education and career and technical offerings.
Qualifications:
- Hold a valid Virginia teaching license
- Have a minimum of three years successful full-time teaching experience in a high school
- Have demonstrated effective use and integration of educational technology
- Have demonstrated effective oral and written communication skills
- Have demonstrated interpersonal skills for working effectively with teachers, administrators, staff, and students
Responsibilities:
The Technology Resource Teacher is responsible for working directly with high school teachers on integrating technology into classroom instruction.
Salary Range:
$37,412-$65,210 (2007-08 salary scale. The 2008-09 salary scale has not been determined.
