Ferrum College is accepting applications for the full-time position of Admissions Telecounseling Manager to become part of a successful recruitment team. The position will manage the evening calling center to achieve desired contact, pre-award, application, and enrollment goals related to the overall recruitment goals of the College. The Telecounseling Manager will monitor Admissions Office Social Media accounts.
This position requires 40 hours per week (Monday-Thursday) including evening hours and reports to the Coordinator of Prospect Development and Communications and the Dean of Admissions.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent prior work experience, managerial experience is highly preferred.
Minimum Qualifications: Associate’s Degree, ability to effectively manage and motivate personnel, knowledge and experience with database management, accuracy and attention to detail; must be flexible and work well with a wide variety of people.
