Minimum Qualifications
High School diploma and computer system experience.
Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma and 2 years of related experience.

Work hours may vary from 10-30 scheduled hours per week. Some Saturdays may be required. This is a part-time temporary, non-benefit earning position.

Job Description
Provide technology support and services for all computer and multimedia equipment located in FGCU classrooms, labs and other all-purpose venues. Provide technology support and services for FGCU-affiliated Special Events as it relates to the setup, monitoring and breakdown of audio, visual and computer equipment.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to identify computer and audio visual hardware. Skilled in responding courteously and effectively to customer requests. Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office. Knowledge and skilled in trouble-shooting computer, projector and/or sound equipment.
