Description:
The candidate for this position will provide outstanding customer service and refer products that provide a better banking experience for our customers. Tellers must demonstrate knowledge of Fidelity products and services, seek sales opportunities through customer relationships and conversations and recommend Bank products to customers. The person selected for this position must foster teamwork across all areas of the Bank. The candidate must maintain strict standards of confidentiality and perform duties in a manner that supports Fidelitys core values. Requirements for the position include a high school diploma or equivalent, strong written and verbal communication skills, cash handling experience and sales experience.
