Description:
The candidate for this position will be responsible for inspecting all loan documents to ensure that all files have met underwriting guidelines, government requirements and secondary market requirements. Requirements for the position include a high school diploma (or equivalent), basic computer and ten key skills and excellent customer service skills. Experience with secondary market mortgage lending, Mortgage Builder software and Microsoft Word/Excel is preferred. The candidate must possess strong organizational skills. The ability to work late and/or flexible hours is required. EOE/MFDV
