Branch Support Specialist

Description:
Responsible for the administration of the Relationship Management System and retail applications for designated regional branches in order to ensure customer information and account application such as checking, savings, and certificate of deposit is correct. Includes verification of names, addresses, SS#, and phone numbers on all new account, verification of applicable codes related to all retail applications. Updating addresses, changing of account types, updating customer records. Also includes the maintenance of monthly reports, which would include weekly and monthly distributions. Self monitored in conjunction with review by Support Services Manager. Monitor and verify accuracy of information uploaded to the Horizon system for Certificate of Deposits renewal process. Included, but not limited to making corrections, creating & mailing CD renewal notices in order to ensure timely customer notification. Tasks may be accomplished by utilizing reports generated by the Horizon system, reviewing documents generated by designated branch staff, etc…

Required Experience:
SKILLS:
Basic computer skills, required.
Typing skills required.

EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of two years retail banking experience, required.

Required Education:
EDUCATION:
High school diploma or equivalent, required.
Additional training in retail accounts, ownership’s, trusts, required in lieu of experience.
