Manager all sales and service functions of the branch, to ensure platform and teller systems, procedures, sales and customer service activities are in compliance with policy/procedure and best practices. Create an environment that ensures teamwork and achievement of sales and service performance goals. Partner with all Lines of Business for the successful development and administration of the client’s entire relationship with Seacoast National Bank.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university preferred. 6 years experience in retail banking;. 2 years supervisory/employee development experience. 2 years sales experience. 2 years consumer lending experience, both loan application/processing and underwriting experience.
