To change tools defined in the schedule, following working instruction.
Ensure that machines and tools are working into the Ficosa process defined.
Ensure machine efficiency and quality expectation for the parts molded.
To put and adjust the moulds in the production lines adjusting them to the defined parameters.
To complete the documentation for change over
To respond to any equipments stoppages.
To cooperate in the improvement process in collaboration with the Supervisors.
To report to the Supervisors about the activity, as well as about new deficiencies detected in the moulds, dies, toolings, etc.
Report the Supervisor about his performance indicators of its supervised area.
Do troubleshooting when problems. Record changes in die casting parameters
Assure that cycle time and scrap are achieved.
To work on quality issues
To inform maintenance areas (tools and machines) in case of problems.
To assure TPM first level in tool and machine.
To work on continuous improvement activities: Smed, 5S, Standardization,...
To follow the Health and Safety policies and procedures.
Actively cooperate with the Department in the maintenance, promotion and improvement of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) and Environment.

MINIMUM TRAINING REQUIRED OR LEVEL OF EQUIVALENT EXPERINECE:
Academic background: Secondary or Vocational Training.
Additional Training: Mechanics, basic electricity, tools, robots, machining centers, drill & tapping machines
Minimum Experience required: 3 year in a die casting plant. Must be familiar with die casting machines & auxiliary equipment. 2 years experience programming robots
