Description
QUALIFICATIONS: Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
Must be a Registered Nurse and licensed to practice in Virginia.
Must have experience in Geriatrics.
Must have knowledge regarding Primary Payers for Medicare/Medicaid and Managed Care requirements.
Must possess knowledge of State and Federal Regulations.
Must be motivated and demonstrate acceptance of empowerment opportunities.
Must be able to demonstrate team building skills and function as a Team member.
Must be willing to care for the resident in a manner which is dedicated to providing focused care for each resident as they progress through lifes continuum.
Should have basic computer knowledge and organization skills.
