Description:
Assists the branch manager in the supervision of branch teller and customer service staff to insure the branch's operational soundness. Provides customers with accurate and professional handling of routine and complex transactions. Works with branch manager to develop the bank's new and existing retail business. Promotes bank services, seeks out referral opportunities. Leads the branch's staff and sales meetings. Minimum 2years branch management and/or bank operations experience required. High School diploma required; college degree a plus.
