Maintenance Technician (25 hours/week)
Fox Communities Credit Union, a 950 million dollar community based credit union, prides itself on being a
progressive, member-owned, full service financial institution dedicated to serving the community. We are currently recruiting for a mechanically inclined individual with general plumbing and electrical knowledge
as well as basic HVAC system experience to join our team as a part-time (25 hours/week) Maintenance Technician.
The Maintenance Technician at Fox will be based out of our corporate office but will ensure the completion of
general and preventive maintenance at all Fox facilities and grounds. Duties include but are not limited to:
Perform a variety of maintenance functions and minor repairs.
Handles routine repair and maintenance of plumbing and electrical systems.
Supply delivery and stocking at our corporate office
Perform electrical lightening maintenance, including tube, bulb and ballast replacement
Perform snow and ice removal on sidewalks at corporate location
Identify mechanical problems and suggest repair options
Complete general labor tasks and other duties as assigned. Performance Expectations:
Work independently with little direct supervision.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships
Ensure all service needs of all locations are addressed within a reasonable time frame.
Maintain communication with branch contacts with updates on status of service needs.
Follow and comply with all safety requirements and company policies and procedures.
Maintain contact with supervisor and all branch contacts via cellphone and email. Candidates for this position must possess the following:
3 years maintenance experience
Flexible availability Monday through Friday.
Valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
Experience with hand and power tools.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently and work outdoors in all weather conditions. Fox Communities Credit Union believes our employees are our most important asset. We offer a competitive salary
