Job Duties:
On-site construction observation for compliance with plans and specifications, material submittal review, testing procedures, monitor construction budget and payments to contractors, maintain daily records, and conduct periodic construction on-site meetings. Willing to travel and work out of town. Other duties based upon type of construction project.
Qualifications:
Experienced in asphalt and concrete paving, experienced in utility installation such as water and sanitary sewer pipe lines, familiar with general construction of concrete structures and metal buildings, familiar with sewer and water treatment plant construction, and computer skills in use of Word and Excel.
Position is contingent on passing of a drug test and random testing thereafter, submitting to a fingerprint/background check, and successfully obtaining security clearance for FAA and government facilities.
