Reliability (Maintenance) Engineer Primary Responsibilities: - Responsible for failure analysis system and PM improvements
- Design out equipment failures
- Help coordinate some job assignments for maintenance and outside contractors during shutdowns
- Help improve equipment utilization and implement supplier recommendations
- Develop maintenance systems that reduce maintenance costs
- Implement new maintenance technologies and methods.
- Interface with operations group to assess maintenance improvement opportunities
- Help implement root cause failure analysis, manufacturing work systems, basic care and precision maintenance techniques.

Qualifications of a Reliability (Maintenance) Engineer: - Engineering Degree Mechanical or Electrical required
- Industry experience is preferred, but not required
- Familiar with reliability systems
