Sr. Project Engineer Position Responsibilities Define, communicate, and deliver clear engineering objectives for large infrastructure and mill wide projects, to include: Project Management of large scale infrastructure repair work on roofs, concrete, roadways, and structures. Project management on large mill wide projects that impact on multiple cost/business centers. Schedule, coordinate, and manage the work of multiple contractors performing multiple trades. Provide technical oversight on selected projects during design and construction. Provide careful cost tracking and reporting of project progress for large scale infrastructure and mill wide projects. Technical expert to qualify or disqualify contract offerings. Requirements Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering 5 plus years of project management experience, with progressively greater responsibility. 5 plus years of experience managing contract and in house labor on project work. 3 plus years of experience managing large scope infrastructure and mill wide projects. Preferred Project management experience in a Pulp and Paper Mill. Understanding and experience working alongside procurement operations in the development of proposal requests, contract specifications, and performance guarantee definition, terms and conditions acceptance, etc. Proficient with Microsoft Project Proficient with AutoCAD
