PROCESS CONTROL ENGINEER - 012335
Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide design, implementation, and support for existing and new Process Control projects implemented in Distributed Control Systems (DCS), and Programmable Logic Control System (PLC) for the Converting areas of the mill.
- Required to communicate and work with various operational, environmental, maintenance, and engineering levels in a team environment yet be self-motivated and accomplish individual goals.
- Support for quality control process optimization and Reliability efforts.
- Investigating process problems and determining accurate root causes.
- Be available for after hour calls for Process Control.
- Project Management.
EDUCATION, LICENSES OR CERTIFICATES:
- Bachelors degree in a related discipline such as Process Control, Electrical, Chemical or Control Engineering, Instrument/Electronics.
- Technical degree in Instrumentation or related field.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 years hands on programming and hardware management in industrial process control platforms and networks (Honeywell or Emerson a plus).
- Knowledge of Control systems hardware/software/networking (Honeywell and/or Emerson DCS and Rockwell PLCs a plus).
KNOWLEDGE:
- Effective written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
