• Working safely 100% of the time.
• Performing routine mechanical and electrical equipment repairs and preventive maintenance activities.
• Troubleshooting and repairing electrical and electronic equipment in a variety of different applications.
• Operating equipment such as hoists, man-lifts, rigging equipment, cranes and forklifts.
• Installing new and rebuilt equipment as required.
• Work in a team environment interacting with other maintenance employees, management personnel, production operators, engineers and contractors.
• Follow work plans and schedules, read P&IDs and mechanical / electrical drawings.
• Understand the goals of the maintenance department and work toward their successful achievement.
• Create value through Principled Entrepreneurship, especially as it relates to improving reliability.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Must have at least one of the following: 

Must have two (2) years technical school (electrical) or equivalent training or education and must have at least three (3) years experience as a journeyman electrician.

     -OR-

Must have completed an electrical apprenticeship program with three (3) years experience as a journeyman electrician.
     -OR-
Must have a minimum of five (5) years as a journeyman electrician.    
 

• Successful completion of pre-employment background check and drug screen.
  
• Willingness to work in a hot, humid, cold and noisy industrial environment.
• Willingness to perform repetitive and physically demanding tasks for extended periods (lifting, walking, climbing, pushing, twisting, and stopping).
• Willingness to wear necessary Personal Protective Equipment (safety glasses, ear plugs, hard hat, steel toe boots, etc.).
• Willingness to maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations.
• Willingness to work in a tobacco free environment.
• Willingness to sign a confidentiality agreement as a condition of employment
