Currently, we are seeking qualified professionals to consider for our Pennington, AL facility as a Production Leader.

Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently manage the Power and Effluent areas to create value for customers.
  
• Utilize MBM in all levels of communication and development of direct reports.
  
• Provide daily support and technical expertise to area operators. Promote open and sincere challenges in all levels of the organization.
  
• Maintain the power area property and equipment through reliability efficiency.
  
• Ensure that asset improvement generates value for the organization by eliminating waste.
  
• Assign proper decision rights based on employee history.
  
• Manage costs for the Power and Effluent areas.
  

Basic qualifications:

• BS Degree in an Engineering discipline
  
• Thorough understanding and practical experience in the operations of a power utility department
  
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in leadership management
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• BS Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering
