Maintenance Supervisor Bradford, PA

Knowledge - Skills - Abilities:

• Advanced level of knowledge is needed in MP2 or CMMS, electronic testing, equipment servicing, maintenance planning and scheduling, mechanical maintenance and steam power generation. Successful candidate will be familiar with total performance maintenance programs.
  
• Candidate will have proven skills & knowledge of industrial electric & mechanical systems. Working knowledge of PLCs. Candidate will need to have project management, inventory control, material (parts) handling, storage and purchasing, & administrative skills. Candidate will be familiar with safety system programs & will be instrumental in promoting a safe work environment for all plant personnel.
  
• Interpersonal communication skills such as advising, recommending, or counseling, directing or delegating, exchanging information and telephone communications; group communications such as participating in meetings or group discussions; and composing written communications such as documentation.
  
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite such as Excel (create/modify spreadsheets), Word (using Word to create/modify Word documents), PowerPoint (prepare and present presentations).
  

Basic Qualifications:

• A High school diploma or equivalent.
  
• Supervisory experience in a heavy manufacturing environment.  
  
• Ability to work overtime and perform shift work.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years maintenance experience in the corrugated industry.
  
• A minimum 3 years supervisory experience in a union environment.
  
• An Associate''s Degree.
