Role: Converting Optimizer Responsibilities: - Provide technical and process improvement for the Fine Paper Converting system.
Delivering superior performance in, Environmental Health and Safety, Quality, Waste reduction and Reliability improvement goals. - Lead the team through the day-to-day quality and productivity; satisfying customer orders and quality specifications, while increasing equipment efficiency and reducing all forms of waste.
- Lead the optimization of production trials, planned shutdowns, pre-shutdown inspections, capital installation plans, etc. Lead the Asset Availability, Scheduled Shutdown Plans and Pre-shutdown Inspections.
- Technical leader for area of accountability and point contact for engineering and corporate resources, for process improvement and business driven projects and initiatives.
- Continuously improve the process and operations by teaming up with other resources to: evaluate, prioritize, and process all asset Improvement Ideas after providing feedback and encouragement to the originators of the ideas.

Basic Qualifications: o Bachelor of Science in Engineering Preferred; or 5 years equivalent Converting experience Knowledge Skills Abilities: - Reliability skills
- Strong interpersonal and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, presentation skills, and strong communication skills.
